Our Dupont crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Dupont homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.

📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Dupont crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Dupont homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Dupont crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Dupont customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two Dupont basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Dupont basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Dupont foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Dupont pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Dupont properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.

You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Dupont horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
Our crews stage locally near Dupont, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
